Teacher thank you presents

Iced chocolate ginger biscuits for Christmas thank yous for my teachers.  This was brilliant because we'd run out of eggs, and this recipe didn't need any!

115g brown sugar
115g melted butter
175g wholemeal flour
15g cocco powder
1tsp ground ginger
pinch salt
1tsp vanilla essence

--> mix butter & sugar first, then add other things.  It should make dough.  Add milk if it's too dry.  Then roll out, and cut shapes.  Cook Gas Mark 5 for about 10 minutes.  I used cutters to cut roll out icing - it looked really tidy and good.

To make presents I packed up in bags and tied the cookie cutters on with sparkly ribbon and wrote labels.
